Sub-Processors

What are Sub-Processors?

Sub-processors are third-party service providers that process personal data on our behalf to help us deliver the Eleidon service. In accordance with GDPR Article 28, we maintain this list of sub-processors and their purposes.

We carefully select sub-processors that provide adequate data protection guarantees and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements that ensure they meet GDPR requirements.

Our Commitment to Privacy

At Eleidon, we minimize data sharing with third parties. Thanks to our end-to-end encryption, message content is never accessible to any sub-processor. Only encrypted data, metadata required for service operation, and payment information are shared with the processors listed below.
