- Delivery status
We cannot read your message content. All messages are end-to-end encrypted before leaving your device.
What We Do NOT Collect
- Message content (encrypted on your device)
- Private encryption keys (stored only on your device, or encrypted in Vault)
- Your recovery phrase (unless you opt into Vault backup)
3. Vault Backup Service
If you enable Vault backup, your recovery phrase is encrypted with your password before being stored on our servers. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256-GCM) and cannot access your recovery phrase without your password.
You can disable Vault at any time, which will delete your encrypted backup from our servers.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Eleidon service
- To process trust requests between users
